Amy is the first voice of DAYBREAK!  You don’t get an answering machine when you call DAYBREAK. You receive a customer friendly welcome second to none.

Prior to coming to DAYBREAK, Amy managed the Quality Assurance Program and surgeon training programs for a national laser vision correction company.  Her experience with coordinating the Quality Assurance Program provides the expertise and background on leading the National Center for EAP Benchmark Surveys. 

She arranges all of our training, provides training, updates our User Manuals, develops Sales materials and handles daily operational needs.
